We do not require DEA's. Please do not email us as we
will not reply. Thank you for your co-operation.
For customer support before
submitting an application:
We can only reply individually to questions
which are not answered in the Help section.
For customer support after
submitting an application:
- Resending you your Login details
- Enquiring about the progress of your HIP
- Resending you an email or resending a copy of other
documents
- Resubmitting or amending details on your application
